Instructions for recovering emails
Deleting an email by mistake is something that can happen to anyone. Therefore, below, we give you a series of steps to follow to try to recover it. Take note!
1. Look at the trash
The first thing you should do before anything else is to relax and check if it is in the deleted items folder or the trash. If it’s there, congratulations, you’ve found it.
Next, right-click on the email you want to restore, select the move option, and move to another folder. All you have to do is choose the folder you want to move it to, and that’s it.
If, unfortunately, you cannot find the email, calm down. We will go to step number two.
2. Go to the start menu of Outlook
If you haven’t had any luck finding your email, the next thing to do is go to the Outlook Start menu and select the Recover deleted items from this folder option. As shown in the image.

3. Restore the emails to recover
Then you will see a list of all the emails that have been deleted. Select the item or items you want to recover, click Restore Selected Items and OK.

As you can see, with these simple steps, we can try to recover emails that have been deleted by mistake. The account may not be compatible with retrieving an item. That is why we always recommend working with Office 365.
